Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any products after they have been shipped. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team at info@halacomfort.com.au within 3 business days of receiving your order.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately with detailed information and photographic evidence, if applicable, to info@halacomfort.com.au

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened products, including wet wipes, gloves, and adult nappies.
